How long will it take me to receive my order?

The shipping & handling charge for your order will be displayed once you have entered

your billing information during the checkout process. We dispatch orders every business day and, depending on product availability, will always aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. TSP Merchandise’s shipping partner is Australia Post. 

We offer three different shipping options, as follows:

  1. Regular Post – Australian orders only
  2. Receipted Delivery – Australian orders only
  3. Air Mail – International orders only

The following delivery time estimates should be used as a guide only. Orders for addresses in remote areas may take longer to be delivered. Note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

  • Australia (Regular Post): 2 – 7 business days
  • New Zealand Zone A (Air Mail): 5 – 10 business days
  • Asia / Pacific Zone B (Air Mail): 2 – 4 weeks
  • Rest of the World Zone C (Air Mail): 2 – 4 weeks
  • Rest of the World Zone D (Air Mail): 2 – 4 weeks

How will I know if my order has been processed?

You will receive an email confirming your order, once your credit card details are verified.

I don't understand the price listed for the item I want to purchase?

All our prices are listed in $ AUD and applicable charges (G.S.T) are added on, or deducted at the end as necessary depending on your delivery address.


I have a problem with my order, how can I have this fixed?

You can contact the market directly at info@tsprint.com.au and we will answer your query as soon as possible.

I want to purchase a size I can't find on the dropdown menu?

If the size you are looking for isn't in the drop down menu then unfortunately we do not have that size in stock.

Will you accept cheques, money orders or debit cards?

No, at this stage, the only form of payment that we accept is credit card   Note* For International orders we do not cover the re-sending cost of a product if unclaimed at the delivered destination. Note* The Cat Empire does not cover fees that are applied on the collection of an item (e.g.international tax).
